Typographical Errors
In the event of an incorrect price listed on our website due to typographical
error, F1Spec shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for
product listed at the incorrect price.

These components are legal in California for racing vehicles only, which may
never be used in City streets or Public highways.

Placing an Order
All orders placed either by phone, fax, mail or online constitutes the
acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed on our website.
We accept Visa, MasterCard - We only ship to your billing address of
the credit card.
For PayPal orders, - We only ship to your address listed on your PayPal
account.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Warranty
All F1Spec products will carry 1-year warranty, unless otherwise
stated.
Returns or Exchanges
Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 7 business days from
receipt of merchandise. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All authorized return must be unused and in it's original saleable packaging,
All packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions and hardware MUST
also be returned.
No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed
or modified.
No refund on Shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping
Shipping is usually done within 24 hrs of the order being received. In
the case where an item is out of stock, we will notify the customer via email or
phone.
All shipments within the USA will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or DHL
Express Ground, unless other delivery method is requested.
